We gladly accept returns for unworn items within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Your item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (no wear on soles, or creases in the leather)
We've partnered with Happy Returns to make your exchange or return as easy as possible.
You have two options for completing a return or exchange
1. Return or Exchange in Person: (free)
Happy Returns has established Return Bar locations in participating retailers nationwide. These return bars offer simple, in-person and no-Contact returns. This option is free and a refund is issued immediately.

2. Return or Exchange Online ($6.95 shipping fee)
If you don't live close to a Return Bar location, or prefer to return your item(s) by mail, you may use our online portal to select which product(s) you would like to return or exchange, then create a shipping label.

As much as we love hearing from you, returns from other sites must be processed with the original site.
Returns From Other Stores
Thomas & Vine products purchased from other retailers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased. These returns are subject to the return policy of the selling retailer.
Thomas & Vine ships to the address entered and does not require a signature. We cannot guarantee the security of the delivery address. If the shipment shows delivered to the correct location, and the package is missing or stolen, Thomas & Vine shall not be held responsible. Customers may choose to ship to a local FedEx store for a more secure option. Please note that in the event of a lost or stolen package that shows delivered, Journee Collection will initiate a FedEx claim on behalf of the customer, however we cannot guarantee the claims outcome. Claims take 10-14 days to process.
