Something Wasn't Right? No Worries!

We gladly accept returns for full-priced unworn items within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Your item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS/EXCHANGES: For orders placed between 11/13-12/24, we will accept returns and exchanges through 1/31.

 

You can process a free return or exchange with Happy Returns. This option does not require a label or packaging. If you are unable to use with Happy Returns, we can help.

Process a Free Return or Exchange with Happy Returns

1. Start your exchange or return online using the Happy Return portal below and follow the prompts. Happy Returns will email you a digital QR code for processing.

2. Find the nearest drop-off location in the Happy Returns portal and take your return to the location that is the most convenient for you. This option does not require packaging.

3. Once an associate at the counter scans your QR code, we'll issue a refund to the original form of payment or give you a gift card. Feel free to contact our customer service team if you run into any issues along the way, we would be happy to help.

*Gift cards issued by Happy Returns are not eligible for a refund.

2. Return or Exchange Online ($9.95 shipping fee)

1. If you don't live close to a return bar location, or prefer to return your item(s) by mail, you may use our online portal to select which product(s) you would like to return or exchange, then create a shipping label.

2. Repackage your return and attach the return label.  

3. Drop your return off at the nearest UPS center. You can expect your refund within 7-14 days minus a $9.95 shipping fee.

Thomas and Vine Returns From Other Stores

As much as we love hearing from you, returns from other sites must be processed with the original site. These returns are subject to the return policy of the selling retailer.

APO/FPO/DPO shipments

At this time we are unable to offer a free return option for our military customers. Although we are happy to accept your item for a return or exchange we do not currently offer a free return option for APO/FPO/DPO shipments. Lost Packages

Thomas & Vine ships to the address entered and does not require a signature. We cannot guarantee the security of the delivery address. If the shipment shows delivered to the correct location, and the package is missing or stolen, Thomas & Vine shall not be held responsible. Customers may choose to ship to a local UPS store for a more secure option. Please note that in the event of a lost or stolen package that shows delivered, Thomas & Vine will initiate a UPS claim on behalf of the customer, however we cannot guarantee the claims outcome. Claims take 10-14 days to process.
