Domestic Shipping Policy

We know you have places to go and people to see in your new Thomas & Vine shoes. That's why our efficient warehouse team processes standard orders within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on holidays and weekends are promptly processed the following business day. 

Shipping Delays

If for some reason your order is delayed during order processing, we will contact you via email or telephone. To track your shipment after your order has been confirmed please use the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that carrier delays are possible and we are unable to view any additional updates that are not mentioned by the carrier on your tracking link. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice any issues or need additional assistance.

    Shipping Locations and Rates

    Our Salt Lake City based warehouse sends out orders to standard addresses in all 50 states. Shipping to US territories, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and P.O. Box addresses can take approximately 45 days to arrive. Since shipping fees may vary according to your location, fees are calculated and displayed on the checkout screen. 

    Standard 3-10 day shipping is free for orders $150 or more. However, you may be charged for expedited shipping costs and fees such as tariffs and taxes, applied after ordering.

    Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after the order is placed.

    Damaged and Lost Items

    We are happy to exchange defective items at no cost to you. However, our team is not liable for missing products or items damaged in the shipping process. If your order is damaged or lost while shipping, please save the original packaging if possible and file a claim with the carrier.  

     

     

    What if I want to trade my order for a different item?  

    Our warehouse will gladly check the inventory for you. Simply email the details of your new item and your order number to customercare@thomasandvine.com 

     

    What if my order includes defective or incorrect products?

    Customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of our business. In the unlikely event that your order is defective or incorrect, we'd be happy to cover the returning shipping costs. The team at customercare@thomasandvine.com is ready to assist you when you need them.
