Domestic Shipping Policy

We know you have places to go and people to see in your new Thomas & Vine shoes. That's why our efficient warehouse team processes standard orders within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on holidays and weekends are promptly processed the following business day. 

It's rare, but should your order run into a delay, our customer service team will be sure to notify you. As soon as we know, you'll know.

    Shipping Locations and Rates

    Our Salt Lake City based warehouse sends out orders to standard addresses in all 50 states. We aren't able to ship internationally or to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO offices at this time. Since shipping fees may vary according to your location, fees are calculated and displayed on the checkout screen. 

    Standard 3-10 day shipping is totally free. However, you may be charged for expedited shipping costs and fees such as tariffs and taxes, applied after ordering.

    Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after the order is placed.

    Damaged and Lost Items

    We are happy to exchange defective items at no cost to you. However, our team is not liable for missing products or items damaged in the shipping process. If your order is damaged or lost while shipping, please save the original packaging if possible and file a claim with the carrier. 


    How long do I have to initiate a return or exchange?  

    You can easily return or exchange unused items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase arrival for a small shipping fee.  


    What do I need to do?  

    Follow the Happy Returns link on the returns page or shoot an email to for a shipping label and instructions. In the event that your item does not fit or if you've had a change of mind, a small shipping fee will be applied for exchanges processed directly through our warehouse. Returns and exchanges processed through Happy Returns are always free and do not require a label.  


    What if I want to trade my order for a different item?  

    Our warehouse will gladly check the inventory for you. Simply email the details of your new item and your order number to 


    What if my order includes defective or incorrect products?

    Customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of our business. In the unlikely event that your order is defective or incorrect, we'd be happy to cover the returning shipping costs. The team at is ready to assist you when you need them.
